Sanja and Corey’s engagement and wedding planning was a whirlwind. Corey planned the most perfect, romantic and surprising proposal in February of this year. Knowing they didn’t want to wait a day longer than needed to be married – and with Corey being placed for residency in March – wedding planning was put into full drive. 🙂 (As it turns out, the Marchant’s will stay in town for residency and I’m sure their families are totally OK with that!)
We met just a few short months ago on the Monument Circle downtown (also where Corey proposed) and you might remember that blog post because these two are SO smitten and in love with each other. You don’t forget it once you’ve been around them. Sanja and Corey’s smiles for each other are infectious. They light each other up in the most complementing way, and I was so honored to be a part of the beginning of the rest of their lives.
I love the blush and navy palette Sanja and Corey chose as a theme for the day. It was the perfect mix of dainty and bold. Willow and Stars Flowers knocked it out of the ballpark with the florals. (The peonies – swoon!) I love working with vendors who I know offer a standout service and product.
This was my first time photographing a wedding at the Mill Top, and it did not disappoint! Mill Top is the perfect mix of industrial and rustic, and boasts floors upon floors of space. Thank you to Hayleigh and her coordinating crew, who were full of smiles as they assisted throughout the day.
I’m not sure I’ve witnessed a more emotional wedding day. It was so obvious through the day that these two are incredibly thankful for and respectful of each other – truly meant to be. Once we had the first look, they were hardly apart for a minute until their last steps of the sparkler farewell.
Thank you, Sanja and Corey and blessings for many beautiful years together.
Enjoy this sneak peak into their day!
Beautiful wedding and you captured the moments so well! Love these photographs!
